Description - A very small grass with a one-sided flower spike. It flowers very early in the year and then dries up so most visitors do not see it.
Habitat - It is locally common on the cliffs and sandy coasts, but has not been noted inland.
Comments - This is a very rare species in the U.K., found only in NW Wales and Anglesey.
